The glass before
Sometimes, glass projects go sideways. One of our gallery members, fused glass artist Anne-Marie Van Brunt, had a beautiful bowl that exited the kiln with an irreparable flaw. Janet Tysiak (stained glass artist) salvaged what she could from that magnificent teal bowl, even its delicate lacy edge. Working with glass that does not sit flat was a challenge, but a gratifying endeavor. Take a look at what she created with it! It’s wonderful when artists collaborate.
