Morris (who uses the artistic name Fudgee) has worked in many different art forms, eventually developing a love for working with wood.  He prefers working with native and locally found wood, creating a wide variety of functional and decorative objects. Morris turns each piece to accentuate the grain, texture and natural colour often leaving traces of bark and natural decay to enhance the beauty that nature has already created.

You can also see Morris’s work at A Zebra of a Different Stripe just north of Norland on HWY 35.   Additionally, you may view his work at his home in Rosedale, by appointment.
